Ife watched people she loved navigate the exhausting, often heartbreaking process of finding trustworthy care — for aging parents who deserved dignity and consistency, and for new mothers who needed real support during one of life's most vulnerable transitions. Time and again, she saw families left anxious by unreliable providers, and facilities scrambling to fill shifts with unvetted staff. The system wasn't broken by accident. That experience didn't just trouble her, it moved her to act.
